Dansk Stainless Steel Fairwind Two-Piece Serving Set - Spoon and Spork

$175.00

Dansk stainless steel serving pieces in the Fairwind pattern, designed by Jens Quistgaard. This probably just slightly post-dates Quistgaard's 1954 Fjord pattern which uses the same mold for the bowls, tines and blades, but with a teak handle. Fairwind has the benefit of being safe for dishwasher use. Early production made in Germany, mid- to late 1950s. Comes with original fitted box.

The large spoon and spork each measure about 9 inches long.

Overall condition is good with minor surface wear and a few tiny spots, consistent with age and use. The spoon shows a bit more wear and has a little bit of roughness along the side of the handle.
